Joanne Sumiec brings a strong eye for detail, a passion for real estate, and a steady, solutions-focused approach to every transaction. She first got started in commercial real estate while working as a personal executive assistant for a Broker. Earning her real estate license allowed her to better support the business, and it quickly opened the door to a career she truly enjoyed.

What Joanne loves most about real estate is the excitement of negotiating deals, tracking down the right property, and helping each transaction move smoothly from start to finish. As a transaction coordinator, she thrives in the details and takes pride in making the process as seamless and low-friction as possible for everyone involved. Real estate is also personal for Joanne, as she and her husband have started investing and continue to grow their portfolio, which has become a true passion of hers.

When she is not working, Joanne enjoys watching her children in their theater productions and cheering on her daughter as she barrel races on her horse. She also loves reading and spending time outdoors at her family’s cottage.
