Jair Lopez brings a people-first mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a genuine passion for helping clients through one of life’s biggest transitions. He began his career in mortgages, but quickly realized he wanted to be more involved in the most meaningful part of the process: helping families find the right fit and celebrating with them when an offer is accepted.

What Jair enjoys most about real estate is the matchmaking aspect of it. Every client brings a different puzzle to the table, whether it is a tight timeline, a specific budget, or the need for the perfect yard for their dogs. Jair loves taking those unique needs and working hard to find the home that truly fits.

When he is not running around for real estate, Jair is focused on family time with his wife and their two young daughters. As a family, they love traveling, camping, and hitting the road whenever they can. When they are home, you can usually find Jair knocking projects off his wife’s “honey-do” list around the house.
